Draga has always shown a good level of wanting to engage and expand the games under development so I wouldn't be surprised if something gets added to support it, if not immediately, probably at some point since there is a perceived audience to be had for it.
Not many hardcore VN devs use Twine these days, it's mostly for text oriented CYOA devs so I'm a little surprised that it hasn't popped up before now, but considering the semi-graphical nature of Suddenly a Girl, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.
I trust Draga to make good decisions, the games created show a high level of detail and care. So, if it can't be added there is likely a very good reason. My suggestions are just from my limited knowledge of Twine and Screen Readers (which I use to 'listen' to text novels while I do other things, not much bearing here but I have tested a few out.) I've actually used Twine to build user manuals and now that I think about it, that would be a way to get an interactive manual into the hands of visually impaired folks. I'll have to keep this in mind.
