"Maybe... but it was a lot of death, a lot of chaos and a lot of horror on the way here. Then again, according to what my greatest grand father said... humans were killing the earth rather quickly. But that is enough of that." She says before pulling aside some vines and revealing a modestly sized village with wooden huts! "This... is my home!"

All over Kai can see women just like Aila and the men... he can tell why Max was attracted to them. They all look like petite small chested women! "Ah... This virus does some extremely odd things, I see..." He mutters, chuckling, before pushing Hina forward. "Now before this droid short circuits from impatience, please answer whatever questions she might have." He says, taking a step back.

"Yes... explain everything you know about the virus!" She says impatiently.

The next hours slowly trickles by with Hina firing off questions like bullets. They learn how the infection spreads these days, how it is no longer a completely death sentance, the variety in which it changes people and how, once stable, the same infection can be spread to multiple people.

"There, the last thing I can say is the infections can fuse if two differnt infect people have sex. While the parents are immune to other infections, the child will be a half breed between the two. I can also tell you that the ferals do this all the damn time which is why it feels like there are so many of them... they are breeding."

Hina looks completely stunned. "My databanks... so much of this information is invalid now... I... what do I do now?"

"Wait. You mean the ferals are... Raping people...?" He asks, before patting Hina's head. "Update your databanks, dear droid. Update all that info. A lot has changed, it seems." He says, looking around at the village. "So... If... Say... One of you were to breed with a feral that had, like, three eyes and mouths on their hands or whatever. Does that mean the offspring will also have some of those traits? Or... Say, if something that looks like a spider breeds one of you, the child will look like a spider as well?" He asks, looking at Alla.

"I think the virus would pick the most useful traits of both sides and make a half breed of the two of them. As for what mental state the child would have... I would hope the feral trait would lose out. But yes, the ferals are raping people and each other to breed."

"Ah... That's a bad thing, isn't it? I mean, of the ferals keep spreading, we'll all be in danger, won't we?" He asks, glancing at Alla and Hina. "I mean... If this virus is safe now, maybe... Maybe getting infected isn't such a bad idea, in exchange for the... Upgrade...?" He murmurs, frowning as he turns the thought over in his head.

"I think that is an opinion based thing. Not to mention what type of infection you get can varry widely! They are not always good, I have seen some that hamper mental functions in exchange for extreme phyiscal changes."

hina is just silent, her robotic mind overwhelmed by all this information.

"I see... Well, you'll excuse me if I don't want to take on your particular strain." He murmurs, looking at the "men" doing their chores. "I don't want to turn into... That." He murmurs, frowning a little. "Nevertheless... I do need some protection from the ferals if you claim things are getting that bad. I mean, I can't make it through alone. And this short circuiting android can't fight." He mutters, looking at Hina and waving a hand in front of her face.

Kai swears he can see the blue screen of death in her eyes as she just stares into the distance without acting. She is likely working on her databanks in internal dismay.

"I understand and I am not offended at all. Our men are for breeding and care, not fighting the dangers of the world. Just.. keep in mind who you take an infection from... and do be safe. Now, can I offer you to stay here for a while or do you want to get moving?"

 

[Archangel99]

"Well... You know this area best... What would you suggest?" He asks, looking at Alla as he fans Hina's head to cool her down before she explodes.

 

[Floozer]

"The day is still young, we could go now but we would have to sleep outside the village. Or we can simply wait this one out and be safe, then leave early in the morning. Either way, I don't think you can catch your brother soon, he moves quickly."

 

[Archangel99]

"Yeah. We'll wait it out. She can't move very fast." He says, looking at Hina. "If it was me alone going with you, yeah, we could probably cover a lot of distance today itself. Even if it was dark-ish. But with Hina, we'd have to slow our pace down and rest as soon as darkness falls. But if we leave early tomorrow, I suppose we could manage..." He murmurs, poking Hina's face. "Plus, I heard the ferals are more active at night or something. It's too risky to sleep."

 

[Floozer]

"That is true, some ferals only move doing the night. You two can stay with me in my hut for the night." She turns and walks to her hut and shows them inside. There is nothing but a bed of leaves but there is plenty of free space to use. "Go ahead and set your things down, we have no thieves here."

 

[Archangel99]

He nods and sets his satchel down. "Thank you very much Alla." He says, pulling Hina in, grunting at her weight. "Damn she's heavy. I think she's going to be unable to communicate for the next few hours while she does... Whatever she's doing." He says, rolling his eyes and leaving her in a corner of the hut.
"You know... I think the people who designed her were quite perverted. I mean... Just look at her." He says, shaking his head. "She's even got a dick and a reproductive system. Can you believe it? I mean, sure, they don't work, but why would a droid need a reproductive system, right? On top of that, she can feel everything, she claims." He says, putting his hands on his hips.

"Well... perhaps they wanted to do more. It seems she was built rather sturdy so... maybe they wanted her to be able to carry a child in case only one human survived? Maybe they just didn't finish that part? It is hard to tell the actions of people long since dead."

 

[Archangel99]

"True... But she did say she was finished." He murmurs, shrugging. "But anyway... I'll just be using her as a pillow, since she seems to be okay with it. And has pretty much blanked out already." He says, sighing as he sits down next to her. "So... What's for dinner? I'm hungry." He says, grinning. "I have food too, but... I can't share it with the rest of the tribe. It wouldn't be enough." He murmurs, tilting his head slightly.

 

[Floozer]

"WE have plenty to eat, worry about about that. It is mostly fruits and veggies though, only so much we can hunt around here." She says with a sigh "Some want to eat the ferals since they are basically animals but I won't allow it."

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh? Why not? Ah. It's because they used to be humans, right? And... You'd pretty much be committing cannibalism?" He asks, getting to his feet. "I don't mind fruit and veggies, though. As long as there are pears. I love pears." He says, grinning.

 

[Floozer]

"Exactly that... it just feels wrong to me. Anyway, we have pears, apples, lemons, potatoes, celery and carrots by the plenty." She explains while leading him to the center of the village where others are eating.

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh good. I like all of those! Except lemons. They make me make funny faces." He says, shaking his head, before smiling and waving to the other infected people. "Hello everyone! I'll be joining you for tonight! I hope you don't mind?" He asks as he moves over to an empty spot, waiting for their confirmation before he takes a seat.

 

[Floozer]

The others that have gathered wave and call back his greeting, none of them seem to be bothered by his presence. Aila sits down and grabs a potatoe which she shoves on a sticka nd holds it over the fire. "help yourself."

He nods and does just that, grabbing and munching on a pear while he spits and roasts a potato.
He eats as much as he wants, which happens to be quite a lot, downing four potatoes, four pears, three apples, a stick of celery, and five carrots, as well as a single lemon, which was just to entertain his hosts as his face scrunched up.

They laugh at his display with the lemon and other wise make friendly chatter with him, several women and men giving him suggestive looks and even straight up flirting!

He converses amicably with them, turning down their flirts as politely as possible, before sitting back and relaxing, smiling as he watches them eat.

Hmm... They're so happy here... Maybe... Maybe getting infected... Wouldn't be such a bad thing... Right...?
