Starting Over [Archangel] [Discontinued]

[Archangel99]

"Well... That's true. I came to kick ass and drink rum. And I'm all out of rum." He says, grinning as he twirls his glaive. "You know... I could just painfully crush your organs from the inside, but I'm under special orders to beat you through physical means only." He says, the grin getting wider.

 

[Floozer]

The lizard stends up and sighs heavily. "An endless cycle of challengers who think they are all that." He grabs his axe and walks past Khorvis. "Come. We fight for all to witness."

 

[Archangel99]

He chuckles and walks after him. "Public embarrassment is the best kind of embarrassment." He says, grinning maniacally and walking after him.

 

[Floozer]

He walksover to a flat dirt ring. "Very well then. Are you prepared to risk your life or will you bend knee bedore the end?"

 

[Archangel99]

"Prepared to risk my life, of course. What's the point of a battle otherwise?" He says, raising an eyebrow as he twirls his glaive.

 

[Floozer]

"Restraint is key." He lifts his axe. "In front of this tribe we engage in life or death combat. Speak now your name so i might know who i face."

 

[Archangel99]

"Khorvis. And yours?" He asks, raising his weapon to touch his.

 

[Floozer]

"Zom. Die well Khorvis." He says without a drop of malice in his voice. In a flash he is rushing at Khorvice, axe coming around in a diagonal slice.

 

[Archangel99]

He ducks under the slice, letting it just pass over his head as he goes for a stab to the ribs, before crouching and swinging for his knees, followed by a leaping stab for his chest again.

 

[Floozer]

His axe whizzes past Khorvis' head, chopping a few locks of hair before sinking into the ground. He grabs the thrust and uses Khorvis' own strength to vault over the sweep and get behind him where he delivers a firm kick to his back. "And already you are better than the last seven challengers."

 

[Archangel99]

"Well, I've got a lot of experience. About a century, last I checked." He says, chuckling and twirling his glaive again, waiting for Zom to attack. "Say... How would you like to serve a demon queen?" He asks, grinning.

 

[Floozer]

"Best me and i will serve whoever you desire... Should i still be alive." He paces around Khorvis slowly, looking for an opening.

 

[Archangel99]

"Oh? So we're not fighting to the death?" He asks, raising an eyebrow and scratching the back of his head. He's intentionally creating an opening to lure him in.

 

[Floozer]

"Oh we are... At least, i am." He speeds in but goes for a feignt on the right, his axe actually going for his weapon arm.

 

[Archangel99]

He drops to the floor, before trying to sweep his legs out from under him. "I see what you did there!" He yells, keeping the conversation going.

 

[Floozer]

The sweep works and he lands on his back with a rhud, his tail coming around like a log to try and slam Khorvis. "I made it fairly onvious."

 

[Archangel99]

The glaive shrinks down to the size of a normal sword in his hand, before he grabs the tail with his hand and slices it off at the base.

 

[Floozer]

He cries in pain as his tail is chopped but is fast to return the favor by jumping up to his deet, which puts him on Khorvis' chest where his claws sink in deep before he jumps off.

 

[Archangel99]

He helps in pain as he's wounded by his claws, before starting to circle him and look for an opening.

 

[Floozer]

There arent many openings as he is on guard. He winces as a new tail is already growing back.

 

[Archangel99]

He decides it's time to go on the offensive, and steps a little further back, swinging hard for his body and legs multiple times.

 

[Floozer]

He dodges or deflects each swing like a proper warrior would while still finding room to fluck cou ter attacks at him.

 

[Archangel99]

He slows his attacks down, before stopping. "This is going to carry on forever." He says, sighing and thumping the pole on the ground. "And I'm starting to get bored!"

 

[Floozer]

"Would you care to make it moreinteresting then? I certainly can if you truely desire more."

 

[Archangel99]

He raises an eyebrow. "Since neither of us is going to get killed this way... Yes. Go ahead. I have a few tricks up my own sleeves." He says, grinning.

 

[Floozer]

"Fine. Your choice then." He closes his eyes and takes deep breathes. Gisbody stsrts to shake and most of the watchers go running away. His muscles tense and bulge before he opens his eyes ehich are now heavily blood shot. He suddenly holds his axe with only one hand and bellows a roar at Khorvis which sends a trickle of fear down his spine... He sounds like the chimera from the war...

 

[Archangel99]

He narrows his eyes, before slamming his glaive into the ground. Lightning crackles up and down the blade. Now that people had cleared out... It was time to bring in the magic. Then, a manic grin spreads across his face. "Perfect. Bring it on, big boy!" He yells, leveling his glaive at Zom.

 

[Floozer]

Zom charges at him faster than ever, every step digging up the dirt under him as he brings his axe around in a brutal chop!

 

[Archangel99]

He leaps over the blade, watching it narrowly miss his legs, before stabbing down at his head and rolling to a safe distance when he lands.

 

[Floozer]

His a e shatters the grou d and he jerks his head to the side before whirling around to face him again. He sucks in a deepbrwath bedore showering Khorvis in flame!
