Dryvus looks around the town for a bit, then decides to go and refill his water skins. He would most probably need more if Clark turned out to be elsewhere.
It takes nearly an hour before Zevra returns to him. "Well, no one has heard of a Clark before...but there was a few tips to where he is hiding. to the north east is a small mountain range with a fair number of natural caves. these caves grow some fairly rare plant life and are surprising cool. however...as we can't move so freely as naga and lizard folk...it is another day and a half at least." She sits down next to him and takes a drink.

Refreshed and ready to go, the duo head back out into the sand, the hot sun beating on their clothes as they slowly move across the sands. After a small moment involving quicksand and stopping at night to chat with a vulture girl who gave them some fresh rations and wished them well, they come upon the mountain range they were told of. The mountains are tall, reaching up into the sky and the bottom is covered in many caves, each one deeper than the next.
"Well....this would certainly be a good place to start. Should we split up and start searching?"
