Loco fever is exclusive to Raskvel and I'm pretty sure everything else can give you furpies.
There was some of replies you seek n one of recent SSTD thread on general tits section but to save you time I copied some of replies from there:
Loco Fever is carried by the raskvel.
Goo Girl, Male Sydian, Female Sydian ~ 50 each. Contracted Furpies H (may have been sooner since I believe it takes time to manifest?)

Furpies C count: 2
Furpies D count: 5
Furpies H count: 5
Loco Fever count: 0
Pretty sure there is one that one can get from the Raskvel on Tarkus.
Not entirely sure, but I believe you can catch one of the variants of furpies from Milodan.
With v.0.7.52, I was able to catch one variant of Furpies and Loco Fever and get them treated by V-Ko in succession by talking to Dr. Badger, roaming the wastes of Tarkus, and having sex with its critters for a couple days. I erased that save b/c I had gotten the MC burdened with unwanted Sydian pregnancies. I tried to repeat the process in a new playthrough with v.0.7.53 several times, to no avail and considerable frustration and confusion. Either RNG has been a real arsehole, or something changed between versions, or there is some unknown x-factor variable that acts as a preventive.

What annoys me is that I checked the 1st two pages before asking for a SSTD thread and only after making this do I find it... fml... Sorry.
No worry and do not feel sorry. Sometimes you look for smth really hard and not finding and then it's found when you wasn't looking for (or made new thread). Well thsoe msg's I found wasn't not so fast to find too buried among many other posts in each thread.
