so the bug happens when you talk to her and click picardine then click loved next and then i can't click next cuz it will not work and all it says is Kiro’s eyes twinkle. “What now?”
so i found one more bug with kiro again

Its actually just that her back button is broken in that scene, whether you talk about picardine or not. if you inititate talk with her the back button will not work.
For people wanting to finish their quest while its still bugged. Save your save to a file and open it with notepad. Scroll all the way to the bottom. Then scroll up till you see the list of all the email entries. Right above that is all the flags the game saved. look for the text "KIRO_KALLY_PICARDINE_QUEST":0, it should be like one of the last variables in the list if you just got to canadia and havent done anything else after. simply change that 0 to a 1 and it appears to skip that scene and you can go right up to kally and tell her about the picardine. The back button is still bugged so still avoid the talk submenu of kiro's option.
