Reset the Knot Cave Quest

Can someone with a better understanding of the CoC2 save editor reset the flags or whatever for Drifas quest while the lupines and the Knot Cave? And if you can, perhaps explain to me how you did it so when I want to reset shit I can did myself instead of asking others to do it for me.

NOTE: This file has been edited but its never given me problems before.

You can go back to dungeon in this save. Just to be clear I didn't check it to end. Also Matiha wanted something I ignored her and I clicked something with Elthara.

It was enough in your case to reverse two times states of quest with QuestManager.quests[75].currStates.pop().
I would assume if you end it in completely different way -> you will have some wanky stuff.

while i thank you again, turns out thats not the quest i wanted, im trying to get back before we meet tharsus so i can recruit olivia and see all the new shit and i forgot there were 2 quests involved. The Howling Dark, which is the one youve done then Strange Bedfellows being the other one. so if you could keep Howling reset and do Strange, that be real nice

i see that The Howling quest is reset but Strange Bedfellows isnt in active, completed or failed quests. there must be a flag or something else thats affected it

l have the exact same request (idk if l broke anything yet but nothing seems to chance when changing values for Olivia for example). l don't want to start all over again just for this part of the content ... imagine if they made an inbuild editor for things like this.

I was out of town for couple of days
Edited save file you can go to Drifa talk about quest and go to dungeon again. Like always - I just manipulated quest states can be some strange flag leftovers -> if that happens describe what is happening and I can look into it again (even better save file before that happening)

My read of your previous post

The biggest contribution for it -> lack of acknowledges that I already knew something can be wrong, starting with "well" and ending with "..." -> is quite Karen style.

Here. Just couple of caveats:

• I didn't reset any children you already had with Drifa,
• There is end pregnancy scene that will play again I didn't reset that,
• I took my Drifa pre quest as template for her - so her size can be diffrent than yours,
• I reset marriage and the maid event (this is actually collateral damage ;P),
• I didn't touch new Meridyx content - but you can see her in dungeon and interact with her,
• I was able to replay whole quest, marry Drifa and start pregnancies.

If you see anything strange during quest, please provide screenshot.
Ofc keep in mind edits were quite serious and there can be something breaking now or in the future.
