I remember a little bit back Domwulfe got a few new scenes, like undercarriage riding and buying a collar, did those get implemented and if so, how to i trigger them?

You get the option for the collar 30 days after Siegwulfe was transformed by Badger. It triggers when you arrive at Tavros. The belly ride scene is available if you have received and are wearing the collar. There is another scene called "treat" that is accessible after you have done the Rough Rut scene at least once before. =)

i managed to get the collar scene, but u can't figure out to to unlock belly ride, whats the trigger?

For the bellyride scene, you need to be wearing Siegwulfe's custom collar, and you mustn't be pregnant at all. You can then see the 'bellyride' option in her talk menu, though I think you have to be on a planet surface for it to appear (or at least not on your ship or Tavros).
