Not only not an answer to my question about the fantasy universe of TiTS where a not-insignificant number of the characters are macro-sized amoebas or sapient goo, but not even true in real life of real animals on regular old Earth. Try again or be quiet.
It's not required. Ara Kei is genderfluid, for instance.
The question was whether or not a writer can give an npc pronouns besides he and she (since I wasn't sure how Ara Kei was done code-wise/if their situation was unique), which you answered in a way that both told me nothing useful since I already know how the parser works, and that equated that pronoun use with a thing thats impossible irl. If that wasn't your intent, then I'll apologize for being touchy.
edit: Aaand it was. Transphobia will truly make you think they/them pronouns are the most unrealistic addition one could make to the furry TF video game.

Excuse me, I have a question. Is it possible to transform into a Dzaan, a Simii, or a Dragon? I see that when the cheats are activated, those three races are included in the racial scores. I don't know if there's a way to transform into those species other than with TF, or if they're planned for the future.

It's set when you encounter Lithium Flower. It's hard to tell, but it might be used for Extrameet? And unlocks 'Princess Play' after 48 hours?
Specific planets* have certain scenes that can occur if you have Cum Thirsty or Dumb4Cum and 80%+ Libido. They're not actually tied to being in withdrawal status and have a cooldown.

You have to edit the Rival statblock in the save. Easiest way is to create a save with Jack, and one with Jill and compare the two. Maybe keep a text file with both, so you can copy over the other.
Someone would have to write Transformatives for them, and get them approved.
Dzaan: If it ever happens, I believe it's been stated by the developers that 'Addictive Cum' is forbidden, because it would cause too many headaches of people wondering why it doesn't affect various NPCs. Furthermore, I'm under the impression Addictive Cum is the main draw for most people.
Simli: I think there's only 1 NPC?
Dragon: I'm pretty sure this is a holdover from CoC 1. Frostwyrm Ichor should get pretty close. Maybe some DracoGuard or Orefish Shards?

One NPC (which I don't think is the rub but feels silly to have a whole codex for them) and also their lore regarding being so resistant to TFs that they need super special tailored ones made just for that one particular NPC's story to work is also pretty bullshit in a TF heavy game. If a TF was to be done it would be either mod self to Simii and not be able to change out of being one once doing so (likely via some perk) without cheating, or ignoring that bit completely.

Good morning!! Could anyone please provide me with a list of the current racial transformers and those planned for future implementation in the game? I'd refer to the wiki, but I understand the wiki isn't fully updated, nor does it show the planned future ones.
There's already another time stamp thing for encountering lithium.... I'll need to look into this.
