Ok so i was trying new patch and im kinda lost. i cant find her. there is a Star on the map but i cant move to it. no option or anything there. im 900 days in so i want to say i saved her but cant remember

Try hitting explore a bunch when standing in the tile next to the star tile. I'm guessing you just haven't explored enough to connect the dotted line to her location.

Opposite this. I believed I finished her content forever ago but it seems I never got the silver mask. Checked the wiki and it just says to do each training 3 times. Do I need to restart or commit sudoku for my stupidity?

Are you looking here.. she's literally the space on the right. Even if you didn't have her apparently she will still be there, from what I have read.. but she will be corrupted.

Zo being corrupted only happens if you decide to leave her to her fate at the hands of the centaur pack instead of helping, it shouldn't happen otherwise.
