Is there a way to upgrade the drone you get with the Tech Specialist? And I don't mean by just replacing it with the Tam-Wolf (cuz, that has the same problem too). I'm at level 7 with maxed out Aim and Intelligence, and it is still only doing 5 to 9 damage. Am I doing something wrong?

Drone, maybe? It's damage is based only on your level.

I don't think the drone is supposed to do a ton of damage.  Think of it as "all your attacks do a free extra 5 to 9 damage".

I always think of this perk as an investment in possible utility in the future. Someday, we will have a lot more drones to choose from, and it will be glorious.

Or maybe even a skill that you can learn that allows you get multiple at once or to customize the one you have! That would be awesome!

...but now shield boost is overwhelmlingly better, it is 2-3 more combat rounds to survive. Especially if you are relying on pure lust weapons or tease.

I know, right? That's why I thought I was doing something wrong. The benefits weren't parallel, like they had been for the others.
