Pop up text not working android

When pressing on a response or dialogue option, the text bubbles that used to appear now appear for a split second and vanish.

Holding, tapping, nothing works for this problem and there's no fix in the menus either. Please can we get a fix for this?

That feature hasn't been added for Android, yet.

Adding to this, it does pop up for like a split second, but then promptly disappears - because it'll show up on grayed-out options you can't pick.
