Correct me if I'm wrong, but the perk "flexibility" should be contributing a point towards Feline-morph(and atleast one of the batfolk scores perhaps?).
I say this, because I distinctly recall Fen saying any perk that requires you/depends on you being a certain race in order to keep, would add a point to said race's score now with the racial perk rework.
