I've lost a lot of interest in the game and I just don't care enough to play through it again right now. Can someone just tell me what happens so that I can decide if it's worth doing myself?

The siege has two different methods of breaching it, one is by gathering allies for a mass battle minigame to breach the main gate, the second way is to sneak in with Varena.

The PC eventually gets into the water facility with is basically a breeding pit for Imps. They meet some characters that went missing and find out the fates of the original minotaur legion.

While it has been known that Calise was just another identity for Kasyrra, what is revealed is that Kas didn't make up an identity, she stole and identity. The Demon Knight fought earlier is the original Calise who was basically on her way towards stopping the demon invasion in its tracks before the PC even woke up, before Kas put a stop to that and turned her into a demon, ironically doing the same thing that was done to her. Tollus had already legged it to the coastline and is in the end stages of his plan; however, by this point most of his power base has been broken.

Do your choices have any impact on the ending, is it like the winter city where some things change but the outcome is the same, or is it just completely linear?

wouldn't most of that only be in the post-game/epilogue? as in what we don't have yet

So wait, does it just end on a "to be completed later"? Is the siege actually finished or not? I'm not asking for an epilogue, I'm asking about how the siege resolves.

It's not linear per se, but every outcome where you fail to repel the siege is a Bad End, so the only ending that continues the game is the one where you succeed.

There are variations for how you succeeded of course, and a few things can change after, but there's really only two main outcomes: do or die.

Could you explain what those variations are?
