Just started playing a thief for a run, it seems to me that blinded does very little to hinder enemies. Iis it actually working? enemies seem about the same accuracy whether blind or not (could just be perceptual bias).
Also I would like it if there were more details on mouseover for buff/debuff icons or at the least a breakdown in the journal somewhere (eg. Unless you are a white Mage there is nothing I can see that tells you what Cait's spirit veil actually does, actually effects of many perks are not shown).
Eg. What does obscured do (threat reduction, miss chance, something else)?
