Does Backer content eventually go public?

I get having backer content, the artists and writers need to be paid, I totally understand if it stayed backer only, but I just wanna know for sure.

Savin and Crew releases the most up to date patch to the public around the 17-20th of every month which is really quite generous.

Backer content becomes Public after 15 days or so.

Do note that this number can vary, but it becomes public eventually.
