I have noticed that normally you cannot wear any nderclothing while using the omni suit, but, you can wear "taur" underwar, if you are wearing an omni suit and gain the taur underwear for the first time, you can wear both, but once you take either off, then only the onmi suit and nothing more. This has to be a glitch, or one event overriding another, right?
