Well, new server, new forum lay out.

I was thrown by the change, and had a knee-jerk reaction about it.

Mainly, I don't like the top header. It seems a little too tiny for me. REEEE. What are your thoughts?

Edit: shuggle should be shuffle, but I can't figure out how to fix it.

Bright orange on light gray is absolutely hideous. Also, sudden changes make me assume something is wrong with either the site or my computer. And everything just seems smaller than it did on the old layout.

Edit: The blue and white burns my eyes, but at least I can read things now. I really hope someone makes a new dark theme.

The older colour scheme is easier on the eyes, and it's difficult to tell whether checkmark boxes/circles are checked or not. The headers on the sidebar are similarly difficult to read. Also, minimal distinction between pinned and unpinned threads makes it a bit... I wouldn't say harder, but more annoying for me to navigate. On the plus side, more reactions than just "like".

I thought the website failed to load properly. Don't feel like the weak shades of orange fit well. The top bar being full orange screams "You have a notification" when you don't. A dozen other things I subconsciously notice but can't put into words.

New blue-dark grey theme is alright, vast improvement over the orange.
Edit: The colours changed again, think I'll just wait awhile and see where this goes.

My biggest question is why do the colors keep changing? They were orange and dark grey, then white and blue, now blue and dark grey??? How do I toggle this, I don't like the random changes.

Now that I've looked around a bit more, I have more to add. There's no bullet-point list options anymore - at least, not that I can see - and while the inverted colour scheme (blue&white) that's the only other one available doesn't have the same "difficult to read/check" issue as the standard colour scheme (orange&black), it just doesn't feel appropriate for a porn site. I'm undecided on the new reply/quote mechanics; guess I'll just have to get used to them.
Testing out the new inline spoiler function, [ISPOILER]inline spoilers[/ISPOILER], to see how it differs from regular spoilers. It seems to work well, so I might use it in the future to reduce the clutter on posts where I use spoilers.

We're literally in the process of updating this shit RIGHT NOW. Come back tomorrow.

Ah, you're right! That made me realize why this whole thing feels so familiar, it's like f95's layout, reactions and all!

Ooooh, that makes sense. I thought it was just random and a setting I couldn't find in my preferences. After all, this is a world where many forums give the user the ability to pick their own theme. I just thought it was default set to party mode or something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

idk why it isn't in the wysiwig list but you can just use markdown, literally stick an asterisk at the start of a line and it'll make it a bulletpoint

Figuring out the update version of this theme and how it binds a bunch of things together. I can't make changes I want to make without it impacting some other part of the style without digging way, way deep into it. This works, I like it, if anybody else doesn't they can eat my whole ass put in the work themselves.

I must be overdramatic and bitch or I will quite literally die.

I am rendered violently ill by this change. The color inconsistency, the chonky bars, the fact that it's different. A revolution is in order. I'm not leading it though. You're welcome for that. Now if you'll excuse me, I must find something else to bitch about.

It was a bit confusing when I first saw the change, and then seeing the colors change, but it's not experience-breaking or anything.

Also I should state I didn't do this because I felt like it - this is because I'm on a tear updating everything that I've been too busy to touch to fix problems from updating all the software running shit in the background and :negativeman:

Hey, do what'cha gotta do, as is said. There was just confusion 'cause no one knew what was goin' on, no biggie.

You can no longer see the gender of a particular poster from the forum section by clicking on their name, which would be useful for making sure to use proper pronouns in a discussion. Now you can only see what gender they list themselves as by going to their profile page and heading to their about section.

Also, the notification list seems to have way more already read notifications in it than it did before.

That's got to be exhausting. I can't blame you for being in a rush to get all of the kinks in the software ironed out.

edit: And I see the thread types (general, sticky etc) are back up!

Yeah that feature helped at avoiding misgendering people. It was optional to display anyway so I don't think it was hurting anyone. I don't like how tiny the avatar icons are now. It feels pointless to have them since they're harder to see, at least for me. The rest of my issues are just not being used to this layout. But aside from those two things, I don't have any major problems. I will say, seeing the quotes pre-boxed now and having the preview function definitely helps. I've butchered posts by messing up somewhere with quoting and spoilering stuff.

Yeah, when I zoom in on the bolding it does look rather...weak.
