The Savintorini giveth, and the Savintorini taketh away. Given how out of character he's been acting with all the breeder-friendly content, we should all watch our backs and keep a close eye on his NPCs.

Probably one of the long standing issues Gedan is looking into. The same thing happened to me. It might not hurt to submit a bug report though, just in case.
Go up from the residential deck on Tavros. It's pretty easy to miss unless you happen to know that it's there.
Tested it previously in 0.6.85 and just now in 0.6.86, the 'Up' button is there and works as intended.
You should probably create a topic in Bug Report section and attach your save file to it.

It COULD go deeper. Like after some time their keep growing PC comming back to Myrellion and in deep caves meeting queen somehow again to jsut tell her all this princesses plans for future and etc. ^^

If I get it right, people are already getting some interaction with children in the nursery. However, the nursery always registers utterly empty to me, apart from described staff and furniture, and the android head nurse/foster mother figure you can have a sweet, touching reunion talk with. Neither the considerable list of children my main had before the nursery opened ever show up (according to the Codex log on offspring, my Steele has 24 Renvra's Children, 3 Sydian Young, 24 Water Queen Young, and 26 Nyrean Eggs, taking the ones into account I assume should show up in the Nursery since IIRC they were described as being carried there when they were birthed) nor the ones I experimentally got my main pregnant with thanks to Revra, and accelerated the pregnancies to a few days with minerva to check how the nursery worked. Only for the post-update children the nursery acknowledges my Steele may have some Renvra's Children and Nyrean Young in the computer logs, but fails to show any number, much less their actual presence. What gives ? Am I misinterpreting what other people experience, or am I suffering some kind of bug ?

I want to bring the Queen of the Deep a recording, or something like that hologram communication stuff in Star Wars so the girls can keep in touch. Though I'm pretty such robo mom would try to censor it the moment the queen's nude form becomes apparent.
From what I hear ***beware spoilers*** She makes Sera wear normal clothing. And our daughters are in one piece swimsuits.

Her daughters could try undercover to contact their mother in secret like few of them always on guard to eventualy distract robo mom when rest hastly ending transmission and then all making puppy eyes saying: something happened dear robo mom?
Or well begging PC would get 'specialy customized' holo transmiter to make their mother looking like she's fully clothed. Or well Queen could just talk while partial submerged in water but then it mean she almsot fully would need to be inderwater so not good option I think.

Given it's future and that princesses are clever already so much... adding to this communicator some sort of subprogram that would activate if it sense movement near it aka possibly queen approaching and then in form of projection showing one of the lil princesses that would explain their mother how to use this thing to contact them. It could have high chance of succes as long in this lake living only queen and noone else capable to destroy this communicator.

Evidently there are still some issues with the nursery as kids won't always appear there it seems. I ran into with not having my raskvel egg show up

Well isn;t it also some issue of that their need to grown up enough to been inteactable aside of been listed jsut on nursery child counter? I remember looking from time to time on github that nuresery children are divided into few age cathegories. So tiny tiny tiny chance is that your water babies are still too young to be interactable yet.
So the age cathegories are jsut for fluff and will be always like that with now meaning aside showing PC how his/her offspring gradualy age. Oh damn I suppose writing new interactions for when offspring will reach some new age cathegory will make children menagment even more....complicated.
