No way to complete Bothrioc quest as a sub?

So I have a sub character with low int/will and Peace of Mind.
I noticed two odd things about Ara's quest playing this character:
1) I did not meet 4 Quadommes. I met the 2 on the far west side of the Deep and then after I had the counter agent I met Fei. So that's 3 total, but I'm pretty sure there are supposed to be 4 including Fei, unless that was changed.
2) Fei doesn't ask for a transformative, instead she takes the PC as a harem member. As far as I can tell this means that completing the summit is just a straight-up bad end. Is there no way around this?

1) So you met two, went and got the counter-agent, then went back and immediately found Fei? Sounds like a small bug.

2) Yes lol, sorry. If you can't say no to Fei you can't finish that quest. I may put in a way to get around that eventually.

If I wanted to work around it, is that branch a function of the perk, stats, or addiction level?

I think, do not remember for sure, that you need to not be adicted to bothric oil to get around that.

The issue is that he's completely crazy about that sweet bothrioc oil, so there's no chance that he's going to complete the quest without joining a harem.

With no in-game workaround I'd propably toy with a save editor if there's any available and decrease the addiction level + remove the peace of mind perk.
