So, it's been a little time since I logged in here. I mean, not all that long, but just a tiny little delay. Thanks for your comments and bug reports! I have been reading them and they should hopefully be picked up now.

Unrelated...is there no scene where you can cheat with a partner in the dance contest?

I've had a look over the code and there is indeed a couple cheat action. It's a bit shorter than the solo ones but still has its own fully written-out section. It's only available under certain rare circumstances though. Extremely rare ones, because it doesn't seem to ever be added to the player's actions anywhere.

Now, this is quite old content and I'm not sure if it's a bug - perhaps I intended to write out a new action to sit un-used forever. There is, however, a very tiny possibility that this was a mistake. I'll add it in for characters with the Cunning trait in the bugfix release coming this evening.

This is intended behaviour.

You could make it repeat even after refusals by adding $gd.setGameFlag("PROSTITUTED_SELF_IN_HOTEL") to the hpIntro intro section and removing the lines in hotelProstitution.vm where it gets removed. It's the presence of this flag that controls repeat events.

To make the game use multiple NPCs is a bit trickier without changes on my end. I was going to write a bit about how you could do it by adding/removing traits in a custom scene but it'd be a massive hassle for you. Instead, I'm going to change it (for tonights bugfix release) so that the game will load up to 5 custom-npc clients, but will still just create one if you aren't creating them yourself.

1: No, I'm afraid not. The UI uses an old library that isn't supported by Android verisons of Java.

2: If you mean mid-game "game over" situations, then not really.

There's a few ways to get a game over in the intro scene (by choosing options that basically say "actually, I don't want to play the game").
Once the intro is over though, then there game won't finish until the time limit is reached and the endgame scene is triggered. By default this is 52 weeks, but it can be changed once the customisation options are unlocked by finishing a game.

The endgame has some endings that are better than others - from that perspective it's possible to get a bad ending to the game.

It does have a bad end, it's just very specific and extremely difficult to get naturally.
You need a character with low self-esteem and to have less than $1500. Set the game to 1 week and spend all your money on clothes at the start to see it easily.

Which has brought up another small error...
