Hi there!
So first of all, I'm a rookie to the game and it's mechanics. Slowly learning the ropes. I discovered the ability to learn skills from outside my class and this got me thinking. And here I am go clarify some things.

My idea was to start as a thief for the "debuff = more damage" passive ability. It's decent with the Smoke Bomb and Dirty Trick, but I wanted to do a bit of a mix up here.

Dueling Stance gives +10 Evasion and Sexiness. Blinding Beauty can debuff someone for 5 turns. Song of Storms buffs a weapon. Cleave can attack every enemy.

So if I get this straight, I could use Thief Passive with the Dueling Stance to buff Charmer's Sexiness based spells and use some Warrior talents to exploit the debuffs for some damage? Making a sword dancer of sorts? Or alternatively use Song of Storms and something else to make a Viking Skald of a character? Strong and calling upon the powers of Thor?

Yes, if you want to make a sword dancer or skaldic poet type of character you can do it with creative combinations of Powers. You might have to imagine some things depending on exactly what you're trying to do/what Powers are currently available, but the system is pretty flexible and the game is forgiving enough that you don't need to min-max to succeed.

Duelist's Stance buffs Sexiness but that affects the accuracy of Tease and Tease-tagged moves, while Blinding Beauty is considered a Spell (meaning its accuracy is boosted by. your Accuracy stat) and targets Magic Resistance. So Duelist's Stance will benefit you in avoiding attacks (with that 'counterattack the first missed melee attack' bonus too) but it won't enhance Blinding Beauty's accuracy. If you still want that kind of effect, once you reach Level 6 you can learn Take Cover from Leorah, which is an At-Will stance that provides a lot of buffs including to Accuracy.

Blinding Beauty's dual debuffs do combine nicely with the Twist the Knife perk and multi-target attacks benefit as well as single-target ones, so using that on your first turn and following up with Cleave will make the latter do more damage than normal.
