Okay, the huge problem I see here is that the codex is combined with the encounter and that they spawn on Tarvos (Why?). I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a serious encounter or a sillymode encounter, because it all reads between text speech and putting thoughts into the player’s head.
To be honest, I really liked this race’s concept. They reminded me of nudibranchs. That was, until you decided to add other stuff, like the Alderine and chance encounters on most of the planets. Like
@Evil said, it looked like you threw in last minute things that you didn’t introduce on the first draft of the doc. You also need to improve on your writing. It’s really not that hard to capitalize something, it really isn’t. There’s a wiki to look up the correct spelling for each planet and a ton of online tools you can use for editing purposes- Quillbot, Virtual Writing Tutor, ProWritingAid, etc.
I’ll admit, I started off like you. I was told Stella Luna’s doc was a mess and a snowflake from one of the creators I looked up to. It hurt, but I didn’t stop me from improving. I put effort in it and went to actual forum members for editing and feedback. I got online tools to help my writing and fix my style more. Overall, it made my writing more appealing than it was back in August 2019. What got me such a drive to do it all? It was inspiration from Nonesuch’s Fanfir, Gene, Kiyoko and the Red Myr. If I didn’t had such a motive, I would of drop dead like the other newcomers who tried and failed.
In the end, you have a cute race concept, but it went into the direction I wasn’t hoping for.
