How to get New Edan Scene?

I’m wondering how to get the ShipFun scene. Says I need to be looser and wetter but nothing I do seems to allow me to select it. Do I need to do something else before that?

I'm having the same problem myself, i've used omega oil, i've used the faux cow treatment, used some easyfit- nothing seems to be working at all??? i would like 2 see the new scene lol
