Need help with bianca

When you first load up the game after updating to a patch containing Bianca, or start a new character, she always begins on Mhen'ga to start with. Every 7 days, she will jump to Tarkus, and then to Myrellion, if they're unlocked and not bombed, then repeat the cycle. Bianca is always found on the planet by the presence of her booth in the towns, in a place you must always walk to get to the rest of the planet.
Her schedule, when planetside, is thus:
08:00-16:59 = She will be found in random encounters, where Kattom, enemies, etcetera are; the hazard tiles, combat zones, however you'd like to call them.
17:00-19:59 = She will be working at her booth in town, noted by the medical bag icon. The same tile as the bulletin board on Mhen'ga, just before the gangplank out of Novahome on Tarkus, and before the elevator or plane to the Myr cities on Myrellion.
20:00-23:59 = When a threshold is reached with the familiarity scale, she will be found in bars on the same planet at this time. Current implementation is strictly non-platonic engagements, but you can have the most of your dialogue here.
Simply by meeting her at her booth once a day or encountering her any number of times in the random encounters will raise familiarity. Most talk options also raise it once per use. At 15 familiarity you can [Spend Time] with her in the random encounters, and at 30, you can start getting [Sex].

You also forgot to mention that visiting her booth more than 3 times without buying or getting a treatment makes you lose familiarity.
