Like with CoC2, I want to add more options for character creation for more creative freedom. I don't have an accurate estimate for femininity or hair stats but the wiki hasn't been helpful.

I liked the idea of adding more customization in character creation, but if I could give some suggestions, it would be that in the parts where you choose the character's level of femininity and the configuration of the genitals, instead of a doctor talking about gender expressions and sexuality, it would be much simpler if he mentioned the fact that Victor himself has changed sex and gender several times throughout his life and especially his career as an explorer. He was once a woman and even had some children at that time, and he has also transitioned from male to female and everything that could be in between these two extremes several times, including him having already transformed into some species that was composed exclusively of males or females several times.
Another suggestion would be that the hair length part, as it is something easily changeable, instead of being selected in that first phase where you are Victor choosing the characteristics of the Heir, this could simply be something that you already chose as the character would be selected in the same way that you select your personality or the career you follow.
