I think I know what happens here because I've experienced this as well. It's not that Aina's virginity is gone, it's that the scene for her "first time" and the scene for subsequent vaginal sex is flipped around (don't know how this happened). So her "first time" is her subsequent sex scene but after that you always get the "first time" scene again and again.
This is a little confusing.
