I can understand Fen's reluctance, much as I'd like Tam-wolf sex. Tam-wolf isn't exactly the most emotive bot out there. Sentience-suggesting complex body language like what Gianna or Bess are capable of can be faked, of course, but significantly less easily than you could fake sentient-sounding dialogue from an unemotive bot like Tam-wolf, if even going that far and not just saying "well it's sentient, I swear, even if you can't tell at all," unless you bust out some truly convincing dialogue from Tam-wolf itself, or maybe some sort of long disclaimer with lots of technobabble.

From an in-game, objective P.O.V. that is correct and without issues, just as simply saying "Tamwolf is fully capable of consent" establishes an in-game canon and truth that such is the case. I think the issue is rather in the reader's perception, which is of course much more subjective. Because while it's easy to point at a text blurb that says "it's not zoophilia, it just looks like it," how true does that make it instead of just being a rather obvious excuse for featuring totally-not-zoophilia-guiz?
I mean, I'm not arguing against it as much as understanding Fen's reluctance, since he's ultimately the one who is responsible for what makes it into the game. And if any text game's ever going to end up in the crosshairs should an outside moral debate about such issues in easily accessible fictional smut arise, it'll be TiTS. Plus his own personal dislike of sex with non-anthro animal shapes, consent/dildoes nonwithstanding, if I've understood correctly. This is a Fenocracy, after all.

Meh, this is a game in which you can grow tits pretty much instantaneously and produce a seemingly unlimited supply of sperm without ever having to eat or drink to compensate for the sudden creation of matter. Also, your PC can evolve physical traits that make no biological sense.

I don't follow.
It's fiction, and somehow I doubt a dog-shaped sexbot is gonna be the center of any moral debate that TiTS might spark -- if anything, bimbofication, mindbreak and slavery would be seen as most problematic, and other more disturbing fetishes/kinks like loli/shota and vore are outright banned by Fen&co.

But yeah, of course Fen has and should have the last word on the subject of what goes into his games, not arguing against that.

Like hellhounds in CoC were a thing and I can't really remember what was required of them to make them fine to use.

Those weren't feral, as stated many times. They are actually bipeds that can go onto all fours. Kinda like a morphable body type. Akbal was the exact same.

Idk where you got that, but if that was stated, I'm gonna guess she means feral as in more animalistic and wild/savage acting, much like the CoC animal based TF bad-ends, not quadruped.
