I am u able to get the Dumb4Cum perk.

I don't know if there is more sources for this perk but according to the wiki there is only 3 sources.

The Treatment - Cum Cow
Bothric Addiction

I have followed all sources and I still don't have the perk. Im a cum cow, have bothric Addiction and I have spammed DumbFuck and I can't get the perk.

Dumb4Cum is only from Cum Cow. I'm not seeing where the Wiki says otherwise.

It's a 50% chance at a specific hour, and you don't get notified until you ingest cum.
