Not Teraurge because I already have that. And not one where they resemble Humans, for example, Trials In Tainted Space has just about everyone looking somewhat like humans. So basically anything like Teraurge where the characters look nothing like Humans.

Probably no, honestly. Teraurge is such a big deal BECAUSE it's practically unique. Pretty much every other "monstergirl" game still doesn't have to balls to refrain from giving their "monster" a pretty feminine face and a plump pair of tits, if not an entire female torso attached to a monster body.

You do sometimes find a couple of totally inhuman partners, such as the Beelzebubs in Monster Girl Quest, but if you want something truly "alien" like Teraurge offers you're going to be disappointed. It's very, VERY niche.
