tragic that we lost hellhound olivia, but i cannot bring myself to truly begrudge bluebs for having a real life

Honestly, adding futa expansion for Olivia seems quite daunting, especially since people would probably expect something of similar quality/length to what The Observer wrote. Like, 200 plus pages of content... Yeah, like, while I like my futa/trans girlies, one would be probably be better off writing original character for wayfort
I mean, I don't disagree with you about Asynja, but what's wrong with the name "Olivia" exactly?
I had a somewhat similar experience: I have a player character named Cassius, and he has a daughter named Brienne. I was all sorts of tripped up when people in the discord server kept mentioning "Brienne" when I first showed up.
I wonder if there can be a simple mod to visually change any one character's name in text

Yes. Someone wished upon the monkey's paw for CoC II to have interesting choices.
Not an 'official' answer. But I think Olivia hates the guy who does it, and if Champ is willing to do it (or side with them), she doesn't like them either.
Maybe it will become viable at a later time.
I usually genderbend the Lupines but I kept my Kitsune save for Olivia. While I do prefer the female Lupines, I kinda feel we are punished if we go down that route as the genderbends have less content. Olivia has and will get more content. Will they (sorry can't remember the main Lupines name) get more content?
Oh so "find Olivia by different mean without taking her side" get axed instead of putted in indefinite backburner?

Еh, male lupines get more content, but that is only if you are into both men and women, which isn't a case for most of the playerbase. And then you need to be into what Olivia is offering. Which in my case, as someone who is not into getting girls pregnant, does not seem to be the case.

I think, I like more gender change for this quest, not because I hate Olivia but I'm don't like her princess dom character. In other way I really hate what I see in the cave, corrupt or not, the lupin exepting their leader, are completly monstuous with their victim, so I think punish them for my own pleasure is a good reverse situation.
In a way they are more kind after the gender change and more "reasonnable" in a certain way. And if Olivia don't like it I don't care that's all, no one submit me, never XD.
I just hope more content for the gender change way, with pregnancy and children interaction. And if Olivia change her mind and join us ,then I happy too welcom her in the wayfort

Pretty sure that genderbend lupine content isn't entirely complete. I know there is at least one more named lupine (who still has a cock) that we haven't gotten content for. Also I'm sure we'll get more content for them down the line. I haven't played in a minute but is Asynja's preg content even in yet? Hope we get a few more scenes with the unnamed lupines too.

All those "maybe we can get her and also genderbend the dogs" will not happen. Savin said that Jstar was adamant that not genderbending them is a requirement to recruiting her. I'm just trying to ask Jstar why that is

Canon Reason: Tharsus' task and Olivia's task are mutually exclusive. To get the genderbent lupines, that requires you beating Olivia up. She's not too keen to join you from that point onwards.
Meta Reason: Choice is a big driving force of the Knot Cave, from Drifa content to even the Strange Bedfellows quest. All of it contributes to the idea that your choices matter within the dungeon.

I'll be honest, I completely forgot that the genderbending option is exclusive to siding with the creepy warlock ^^;
I also want to be clear that I'm not upset or one of the complaints about this opportunity cost, I was purely curious about both the in-game and developer logic and context, so thank you! <3
Only reason I said maybe is because of this response Jstar gave me back in June of last year. He posts it as a hypothetical so more than likely never happening, but it isn't a definite no. I know at least Bluebird said later on the thread they definitely not rewriting. So probably not going to get Olivia, especially with the information Jstar just provided on the reasons, if you took the genderbend path. I would like for it to happen but I can tell it would be a lot of work, and you'd have to basically give Olivia a reason to forgive you big enough to subvert the consequences of your choices, so probably would require a quest line.

For me, in the context of the dungeon, I think more like a tactician, I use the traitor at my own advantage, for me, the sorcerer is a tool to awaken the pack. And when I have what I want, I finish them^^ ( and like I said, I hate their brat action and Olivia are not an exception). The gender change is a reward in the and^^.
