Vaush sells an item that increases your cum production at the cost of it also increasing your corruption. After running into him as a combat encounter in the Foothills the first time, you have a rare-ish chance of running into him as a friendly NPC/merchant. As for the double dicks, I don't believe anything has been released yet for that.
