Is there a way to change your gender/sex displayed in the combat screen?

Already set preferred gender to female, but it still says male when I'm in the combat screen.
Makes me feel pretty dysphoric ngl.

Unfortunately not

AFAIK the "sex" displayed in the combat interface is entirely based on the character's genital configuration. So unless you're down to modify what's in your Steele's pants, you can't change it at all.
