Is Milkazon and Going Futa Mutually Exclusive? (Treatment - Amazon Variant)

I've been save scumming like a mf, but even though it says a 1 out 3 chance of going futa at hour 129, that 66% has the hands of 99. My character is already a Milkazon. Am I missing something?
