Is Frostwyrm Ichor Available?

I am not a backer so im not sure if the Frostwyrm transformation is available to everybody yet or if im not doing a certain quest to attain it.
So am I doing something wrong or is it not available to the public?

You have to do the Uveto quest to get it and there’s also a public patch that came out on the 5th. Once you did the dungeon, talk to that four armed, goat looking scientist guy about them frost dragons.

After completing the Deepsea Biolab Quest, talk to Lessau about the Frostwyrm TF. Then, talk to the Frostwyrm about it. Finally, return to Lessau with the sample he needs. (At least, I think that's how it goes. I haven't done it myself yet.)

That's correct. A couple weeks after giving Lessau the sample, he'll email you to let you know you can buy the Ichor from him.

Ah. I had fast-forwarded a month due to a pregnancy when I got the email, so I assumed it was a week or two.

Realistically it should take longer but I figured people would just skip time to get to it anyway. I guess they used an ai to get it created super fast.
