[Reptillicus]

Amana look quite worried and she struggled for a reply. "Kil... how can you be so laid back about this?! this is serious!", she said looking into his eyes with her own deep blue pair. She was about to say. I don't know what I'd do without you! but she caught that before it left her lips and she just ended up just still looking at him, her face full of worry.

just then they arrived at their destination. the droid driver telling them as much.

 

[Archangel99]

"Because, well... Visions aren't always what they seem to be. I might be the one who defeats that Sith, and maybe I'll become a hero!" He says with a snort as he pays, gets out, opens the door for her, and escorts her inside with an arm around her shoulder. "And even if I die... Well... All I'm going to do is just dissolve into Force particles. I think. I don't know how that works." He says with a chuckle.

 

[Reptillicus]

She sighs. "You know... you're terrible at putting people at ease you know that.... But anyway If i'm there I won't let that happen to you.", she said with a determined look on her face.

 

[Archangel99]

"Uhh... Yeah. So I've heard. I once used that exact same line on a poor Padawan who had fallen sick. That Force particles bit." He grimaces. "Thought it would cheer him up, but... Nope. He started bawling his eyes out, and then I got chased out by a droid. And then got a lecture from three Masters, each spanning the course of an hour. It was..." He sighs. "Not fun. At all..." He mutters, leading her inside and sitting at an empty table.

 

[Reptillicus]

After taking their seats they were able to take their orders with Amana going for her favorite, nerf nuggets. Amana tried to change the subject buy saying, "Well um anyway... I met with my master Byzid and she said, "what you are experiencing is normal girls of your age can feel... distracted.", she said in big air quotes, perhaps hanging out with Kilarus made her pick up this habit. "Then she said, "whenever such...... thoughts..... bother you just tap into your connection to the force and you will be able to push them aside.", I swear she treats me a like young ling! It not like i don't know what she talking about.", she says rolling her eyes.

 

[Archangel99]

Kilarus orders his own favourite, shrimps in a basket, and laughs as Amana indirectly makes fun of her master. "Now now, Amana. She's just got your best interests at heart! That, or she secretly wants some of this to herself." He murmurs, winking at her and waving a hand over himself as if displaying an advertisement.

 

[Reptillicus]

With a smirk and a roll of her eyes she says, "You're ridiculous sometimes you know that?". She always really liked how snarky he was at times. It was a nice change of pace from how serious everyone seemed to be at the temple.

Just then Kilarus felt something.... like he was being watched! But, from where?

 

[Archangel99]

"Yeah, I-" he suddenly stutters short, then subtly flicks his eyes around the place, trying to figure out who was watching him, even as he maintains the conversation with Amana. "I've been told. Quite a lot too." He says with a faked chuckle.

 

[Reptillicus]

After looking around he could see that the people immediately around him weren't the ones watching him. Then his attention is drawn drawn to the window..... then from a nearby buildings window a faint gleam could be seen... Wait was that a-?

 

[Archangel99]

Kilarus moves within the cover of the booth.
"Amana, don't look right now, but I think we are being watched." He whispers urgently, his eyes focused on that one spot where he saw the flash.

 

[Reptillicus]

Amana's eye's grow wide. "Wha-what?!", she says in a strained whisper. Now that she was aware of it she could feel it as well someone was watching them.... With her large nautolan eyes she was able to see the gleam in her peripheral vision. She was afraid. Were they being watched by some one with a sniper? Or were they being observed by someone to set up an ambush? "What should we do!?"

 

[Archangel99]

"The first thing we should do, my dear..." Kilarus grabs her hands and squeezes them. "Is to stay calm, alright? We finish our meal, and then we get up and walk out. Calmly. We do not want to tip the watcher off, alright?" He says, smiling, but his voice is as hard as steel.

 

[Reptillicus]

Amana was tense and Kilarus could see it. She took a deep breath and tried to calm down, it mostly worked. she tried to eat the rest of her nerf nuggets, but her appetite had taken a nose dive. She had a general idea of where the "watcher" was but she couldnt be sure without looking she couldn't risk looking its way. "Then what?" she said trying to keep her expression as blank as possible.

 

[Archangel99]

"Then, we go and investigate the building." He says, scarfing down the rest of his shrimps without tasting them, then reaching across the table for Amana's nuggets and eating them too.
Then, he calls the waiter over and pays the bill, before getting up and holding a hand out to Amana. "Let's just act like a couple. Hide your lightsaber." He says, as he makes an apparently casual stretch to glance at the spot to confirm that the watcher was still there.

 

[Reptillicus]

He can still see the gleam for a moment then it disappears, but he can still feel eyes on him. Amana then hid her saber in her little brown pack. The building in question was still under construction so it was at this point, mostly vacant. there were only a few work crew members and a lot of construction droids. That much they could see form were they stood once they exited.

 

[Archangel99]

Kilarus wraps his arm around Amana's waist and pulls her close so their hips are touching. "Alright. Now let's just pretend to walk aimlessly around till we reach the building. And then we split up and search it from top to bottom, okay?" He whispers, starting to walk off in a random direction.

 

[Reptillicus]

Amana actually blushes when Kilarus has her hip to hip with him. She then wordlessly nods at him. after letting him get some distance from her she starts to walk about aimlessly as well while still edging closer to the building. She keeps track of were Kilarus is generally through the force, keeping a mental tab on him just in case.

As Kilarus got closer to the building the crowds got smaller and smaller as nobody really went down to that area. then he saw quick back streak moving across the ground nearby him and the small ticking sort of sound. Whatever it was, the small black thing was crawling away from him at a very quick pace heading for the building.

He immediately takes off after it, willing the Force to bend around his body and push him faster towards the creature, hoping to catch it before it got away.

 

[Reptillicus]

With his force enhanced speed he soon was closing in on the small black thing. once he got close enough he could see it for what it really was: a small spider droid!

 

[Archangel99]

Wha-? A spider droid? But they were only used by- his eyes widen. -Separatists!
He pours on the speed, trying to get to that damn droid before it escaped. Who knew what information it had collected? The entire planet could be at stake!

 

[Reptillicus]

He was soon right on top of the spider droid. All he would have to do is snatch it up.

Amana could feel Kilarus bend the force around him. Worrying that something might be up she hurried in his direction.

 

[Archangel99]

He immediately leaps for it, trying to grab the droid. This little bug was not getting away at any cost!

 

[Reptillicus]

He manages to get a hold of the speedy skittering droid despite its best efforts to evade him. its tries to squirm away form him whilst he holds it. Just then he sees Amana running over to him.

 

[Archangel99]

"Hey! I got the little bastard!" He cheers, holding up the droid in the air with a big grin on his face. Then, pinning it down on the ground, he starts ripping the legs out so it can't run off anywhere.

 

[Reptillicus]

Sparks fly as the limbs are ripped right off of the little droid and it single camera eye goes dark. By then Amana caught up to him. "Kil! (she will sometimes call him this as a nick name) huh!? what heck is that?"

 

[Archangel99]

"Separatist spider droid. It was probably spying on us for whatever reason. Come on! We gotta take this back to the temple. They can still salvage something from its memory cores!" He says, grinning and taking her hand as he walks back to the temple with the spider droid's body under his arm like a football.

 

[Reptillicus]

As he left withe droid under his arm he just couldn't sake the feeling he was being watched. Perhaps there was more then just the droid watching them but they seemed not to make any attempt to stop them from taking the droid. Amana took his hand still feeling uneasy as they left for the temple.

After awhile they made it back to the temple and Amana looking at the small droid asked, "What are we gonna do with that?"

 

[Archangel99]

"Well, we should probably hand it over to one of the masters. They can figure out what to do with it." Kilarus says as he looks around for a Jedi master.

 

[Reptillicus]

Kilatus soon catches sight of Amana's master Byzid on her way to the archives. "Oh! Master! Master! Over here!", she called. The Quarren woman looks her way with a puzzled expression. "Yes? Amana, Kilarus what is it? You both feel a bit tense."

 

[Archangel99]

"Well... I caught this thing spying on us." Kilarus holds up the droid. "Little bigger was fast. But I was faster. Its memorycore needs to be salvaged and the contents checked. Who knows what's in here!" He says,
