Hello, you can share whatever custom icons you use here if you'd like.

As of Feb 2023, custom icons can now be up to 500kb.

Ideally they will also be relatively square so they don't get stretched in-game.

Custom icons aren't going away. We will be changing the default icon so that it is your class icon, but that's only if you haven't added a custom icon and after we actually make the class icons.

The only change that might be made is increasing the max file size.

You get +5 health per toughness and I'm an orc warrior barbarian, each of which give +1 toughness starting bonus.

Icon is art of Moriah from D&D: Shadow Over Mystara. The artist is Fengmo. I presume I have to give credit to the artist, anyway. I wasn't gonna steal mugshots from Divinity or Tyranny, and I believed this tied in best for the art style of the characters. So this is what I'm using for my little thief.

How small is the file you're trying to upload? It should be about 100 x 100px; if it's smaller I have a feeling it will be stretched to fill the space, hence distorting the image.

Maybe you could upload the image if you're not sure if it's the right size?

If the original image is very large it can look poor when scaled down. What are you using to scale it?

Yikes! Paint is a pain in the butt. If you send me the full sized image I can resize it in photoshop and send you back the copy.
