I think I see why backers exist. Not only are they the people that pay to support the creation of TiTS, but they are beta testers that show people like Fenoxo, savin etc. the problems with the latest additions to the game. I also believe this is one big conspiracy and Fenoxo is really Todd Howard and TiTS is really the newest addition to Bethesda Softworks and he has been playing around with the idea for beta testing under our noses for the release of Fallout 76 (I promise I'm not Alex Jones).
