Anyway, if you lose to Sophora's grapple, the psyker perk "Unnatural Reserves" seems to break the fight.
Resulting in her AI just doing nothing for her turn forever because the grapple is supposed to be an instant lose condition. Instead, your health refills and you get to struggle for free until you escape. Once you do escape from the grab, combat continues as normal, and she can grapple you again and win the second time. But I feel like it's of course supposed to end the fight no matter what health-restoration you have once those cuffs are on, yeah?
