Version 0.8.26
In short: At the end of the Land of Milky Honey quest, I only have the option to purify the hive and not corrupt it. I am confused about what steps I'm supposed to take to get latter ending.
From reading through the forums and checking the wiki there should be a dialogue option at the end to push Lia and Azzy in, but that option is not appearing for me. I also think the wiki is out of date as the way in which I've encountered Azzy has never given me the option to 'attack' her, only spar after encountering her in the cell before the entrance to wayfort where the Alarune is located. It also makes mention of not being able to start the quest until you've defeated the Alarune, but I've been able to complete the quest before doing that.
In summary, I've done the whole quest on two different saves but I was never once given the option to push Azzy in the corrupted honey and get the corrupt ending, I'd be appreciative if anyone could point out what I'm missing. Thank you!
