how to retrigger Divine pussy quest?

i think i declined the quest when talking to salwah now im softlocked any way to retrigger the quest

It is failed already in your quest log?

if yes then (to my knowledge):

• Start new game,
• check autosaves,
• save edit to restart quest (I posted how to do it in save editor thread somewhere, if needed I can described it again).

Yeah, you don't have a way to unwind decisions like that in-game so it's one of the options above (or restoring a manual save if you have one that won't cause you to lose too much progress) or you've got to accept that you aren't building Catte Temple in that run.

Save edit:
Save to file and open it with text editor.
Find array called quests (ctr+f and type quests) then count from 0 to 14. You will have either [0,1,3] or [0,1,2,3] (depends if you saw heat scene). Delete everything in between 14th brackets so you will have only []. After loading the save you should go to the quest tile and you should have "Hollow" button (after loading check quest journal you shouldn't have Mad Cow entry in completed). Quest tile: Second red tile on the left from Marefolk Village with Brint.

Beginning of quests array and how to count (I added space for better visuals on empty brackets):
"quests":[[0,1,2,3],[0,1,2,3,5,8],[ ],[ ] ...
[0,1,2,3] - 0
[0,1,2,3,5,8] - 1
[ ] - 2
[ ] - 3
etc.

In your case you need to count from 0 to 32 or from 1 to 33
Here is a screenshot of my savefile when I found which one it is. Also for checking leave first number in brackets that way quest should pop up in journal as active (unless first one is 1 then try to change it to 0). Count from start - I cut that quest array. Probably you will have less numbers in brackets.
Warning: I only checked journal (as I have temple, so even with resetting quest I have some flags leftover) - it is heavy save edit - so backup save and play awhile before deleting that backup.

thank youu but my number 32 is blank it says in the wiki it doesnt appear as a failed quest when you reject it,i think have to reset cat call do you know what number that is

That will not help you (reset of Cat Call) - but at least it piqued my interest - clear flags: SAL_REQUEST and SAL_APPROACH and by clear I mean delete name, value and one comma.

If still no go please post your save - I don't have any test case and I will not rerun game just for that
