Genuine question though now that public patch is here. Cannot find Alyssa and progress the quest to leave for dracia. Have completed the pre-patch content and done the convos with the elves.
Speak to Calise again, chose option Dracia. Then head back to Ice Palace where Elthara usually is and you'll find the minotaur waiting.
Just for clarity: you need to complete the Seige of Khor'minos through the smuggling operation and maybe the Ring of Fate quest (cant remember if this quest is mandatory for Demon of Ice)
