Like the title says, I’m looking to make a more melee oriented charmer for enemies who are immune to tease attacks. I was thinking of using serpent’s dance and song of storms, but I’d like to hear suggestions from y’all. Thank you in advance!
How to go about a Martial Charmer?

The name of the game with melee charmer is BUFFS. Song of Storms, Skaldic Cadence, Cadence of Power, Sorran Chant, etc. Pump your sexiness and use it to apply a bunch of buffs so you hit harder.
Once you get Expert Inspiration, this becomes a lot better. Especially because EI applies to all powers, not just charmer powers. You can have stuff like Blessing or Shielding Smite up for two turns instead of 1.
Serpent's Dance is okay, but I think Cadence of Power or Skaldic are better personally. Jassiran Glaive and Ashelander/Rosebloom Shield are good weapons for this.

Serpent's Dance is one of the better choices because it keeps your DPS respectable, and Song of Storms is worth taking if your build can support it. I'd also recommend investing in survivability—good evasion or defense goes a long way since you'll be fighting up close. You won't melt tease-immune enemies as fast as a dedicated melee build, but you'll have a much smoother experience overall.
Is power cadence, sorran chant, whirlwind, eviscerate, (ult of choice because they're all kinda bad, probably unbreakable as a panic button with double duration from charmer) a viable build?
While I wish they would change how the 4 piece set bonus behaves as I think it's build limiting, the pyromancer set is probably one of the best sets for this as it really opens up a lot of options for a martial charmer, giving you the spellpower to allow to meld in some of the other weapon spells and stances for a lot of flexibility.
Yup, perfectly viable. You may get more mileage out of some other powers, like maybe Flames Within instead of Eviscerate, but you can definitely use that.
Follow up, is it insane to use that build as the only healer in the party? I'm thinking Totem Arona and arena Brint as my main two for that one. Mostly because I massively overuse Queen Ryn as a healer most of the time, so I'm attempting to branch out a bit
Sorran Chant as your only heal is gonna be rough. You can certainly give it a try, though.
The healing on smite evil is pretty abysmal. Depending on your difficulty though it might work.
Oh lmao, my b. Yeah GK is nice. May wanna swap Arona to Warhides in that case so she can tank.
I've never actually used warhides Arona for any amount of time longer than it took to get spirit totem. Is she as good at tanking as arena brint?
I'd say so, yeah. It's a fairly simple setup with guarded stance and shield drive, but it gets the job done.
