How many racial points does it take to get classified as a dragon?

I want to have my planned Mander futa turn into a dragon but I don't want to lose her blue scale color or even the tail. Can't I just add the wings n gold eyes?

When I tried turning my mander'champ into a dragon i got horns, eyes, wings and the facial scales, and kept both blue scales and the tail flame. the appearance page said draconic.

Don't know exactly, but I want to say it's about 7-8? The body parts that constitute "dragon" are Human Face, Scaled Skin, Salamander Ears, Salamander Arms/Legs, Dragon Cock, Dragon Horns, Dragon Wings, Salamander Tail, and Dragon Eyes. 9 total, and I've managed to get classified as a dragon while missing one or two of these (used Scale Salve to get a true dragon look going, i.e. no human face or skin), so 7-8 seems right.
