I've heard you need to give Anno gray goo samples but everything I've seen suggests you need to be a tech specialist for this. Is there any other way to get them and start the quest?

Oh yeah, buy a bunch of EMP grenades from Anno first, it'll make the first fight a cake walk.
Well actualy there is need maybe 2 EMP grenades...and tons of goo samples with upgraded by Anno googun. Since when not by lust win by hp against final boss of Deck 13 will take much longer (sort of reminds me of those old bosses with few HP bars compared to normal 1 for enemies ^^).

I signed up with the forum just to ask about this.
Here I was looking everywhere on the wiki about how to start this quest. I hadn't asked her to join the crew yet because I was worried she'd quit Steele Tech without the lead on the grey goo.
