How do I make my character a trap?

I'm playing as a human male character but I want to make him a femboy but I don't where to go to or what items increase femininity. Plus, I also wanted to increase my character's butt and hip sizes, as well as a smooth belly.

You can use Twink-ease, but you'll need to take it multiple times. This will also give you the Permacute perk.

I don't see anything about hips here, but you can transform your character into a trap at the Tavros brothel. I like the scenes and it's a one-time transformation. Read under "Turning Tricks: Trapping It Up".

If you wanted both, you could do the brothel transformation first and then tweak it afterwards with the Twink-ease.

Thicc'N'Shake will increase hip and butt sizes - overdosing can even get you some perks. For a smooth belly, I'd recommend having fairly low Tone (so it's not muscular) and even lower Thickness (so it's not fat).
