Its always interesting to me to hear how people think up their online usernames.  So what's your story?  Mine's cause I like salty food.  And also because I have two modes when playing a game: 0% sodium, and 300% Sudden Death instant launch salty as fuck.

Holy hell, uhh, I don't remember what the exact reason was, but it was originally for a Rogue back during the WotLK days of WoW. Back then it was spelt "Woidér", but I dropped the accent because no one could bloody pronounce it.

I've always liked the word "void", so I assume it must have had something to do with it.

Mine comes from a user submitted erotic fantasy series I read a while back. In the story, the Magi Victus were hired assassins of those that were magically inclined. Correctly used Latin in a user submitted erotic work caught me off guard a bit, since you don't really see it in that sort of stuff usually.

I started by copying Alexander The Great's title when posting my name on an old game's high score table.  Later I thought of myself as being good at problem solving, then adapting, then mastering, so I became The Master instead.  As I got older I found myself having a very dark affinity when it came to character elements in games and later philosophical psychology, so it became The Dark Master.  I dropped my actual name from the front for internet handles and that's the end of it.

Random syllables. The spelling is an accidental bastardization after forgetting how I spelled my avvy character's name. Other name/title is TheArgentGod, also shared by avvy. It's a giant liquid silver-alloy robot that became fully sentient/sapient after 3000+ years of self repair and upgrades, accidentally changing it's own programming from a basic AI over time. It then took control/lead of the other robots of it's kind, left alone on a barren mining outpost, essentially becoming their god. Thus, the god of the silver robots, The Argent God.
