HELP, Bust images not appearing when inspected

Just started the game and downloaded the images, they all appear fine in the gallery and even when looking at the different versions but when i click on some of them, the image doesnt load and gives me the small broken icon instead. No idea what to do or how to reset this.
Ive tried uninstalling and downloading again but it saves all my info and gallery information.
not a windows security issue since i whitelisted the folder.
Most characters are broken but some work great.

I can't know for certain, but this is likely due to an incomplete download/refresh of the image pack (where the lower-res 1x images are appearing for the thumbnails, but the higher res 4x images just don't exist). If possible, try to re-download the images (if given the option to).

My other assumption is that the image manifest for the particular build you are playing may have been broken in one way or another, so I would suggest updating the game again, preferably the latest build of the game.
