Have the conditions to knock up Elthara with Quin changed?

I went there and use all three options and normaly the swap fuck option is the one to impregnate her but nothing happens, yet in other playthrough i always managed to do it.
Even went and verified the save file and there was no new counter started.

I usually have to do it twice for it to take, or is he already doing that and he's still unable to impregnate her?

Just did it once, but tried to save reload several times to try and it didn't go at first at all of them.
Tried with Brint at first and she got pregnant instantly, yet Brint has 3 virility and Quintillus has 7... just weird.
