Halloween Event Question

When you run into the event to start and choose to "go around it", is the event over or will it return later in the month/next month?

I think he might be talking about the "Kas plays the part of a witch" one.

IIRC most seasonal events are either one-time deals or set a flag which tracks whether or not you've seen it this year, and choosing to avoid the event still sets the 'seen it' flag.

Mike is right, the Kas plays a witch event. I was being too careful not giving away spoilers by using the "bypass" phrasing. I will go with the assumption that it is a one-time thing.
